Terms of Service

01 GENERAL TERMS

All commissions will include my signature, which may not be removed.
Prices are subject to change based on demand.
I have the right to reject any commission for any reason.
Prices on this site are for personal use only. For private commissions (meaning I never publish them anywhere), there will be a 50% fee.

Note: I am always open to negotiation and discussion.

This includes any issues you may have with prices or terms as long as these are brought up before ordering.

These terms can and will be changed at any time without need of further notice.

Commissions can take 3 days to 3 months (typically a week), depending on factors of life. You will be notified of any delays.
I don’t work with hard deadlines, but will consider them for a fee.
Once the work is complete, you will receive a digital, full resolution copy of your commission. I do not send physical copies.

I am currently accepting USD payments through PayPal only.
Full payment is expected upfront for any commission valued at $100 or below. Payment plans can be discussed (but NOT guaranteed) for commissions exceeding $100 in price.
Do not send payment until after I have both accepted your slot and requested the payment via invoice.

You may make requests for corrections at any stage of the process. However, big revisions late in the process will cost you extra, unless a mistake was made on my end.
If you request corrections on previously approved stages of the artwork, it will cost extra.
Complete revisions of the artwork, namely if the reference or commission description is unclear, will cost extra.

I, inSIDious (the artist):

Claim the copyrights to the produced drawing. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself with it everywhere.
- Display and share it wherever I like.
Have the right to reject any commission for any reason.
Will not claim intellectual property or profit further from the commission (unless the terms of service are disobeyed).

You (the buyer) are allowed to:

Use the commissioned piece for personal use, i.e., share it on all social media and personal websites (with proper credit to the artist).
Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
Alter the work if my consent is given.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (i.e., making money off it in any way).
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Removing my signature from the artwork.
Altering the artwork without my consent.

You may trade or resell art you purchase from me. If you do, you must abide by the following rules:

Give proper credit to me, the artist, and direct the new owner to my Terms of Service so they are aware of these rules.
Do not sell for a higher price than what you paid me. Do not trade for a higher value than the price you paid.
Gifting is also allowed, just remember to credit and share TOS.

I will only give refunds if:

I cancel your order at anytime after payment is made.
You cancel your order before I’ve begun the commission.
- If I cancel your order, do not request your refund with PayPal chargeback. I will refund you the money myself.
- If you use PayPal chargeback at any point when you are not due a refund, you forfeit all rights to the commissioned piece. Furthermore, you will not be permitted to request anymore commissions.

By violating any of these terms, you (the buyer) forfeit all rights to the commissioned artwork.

I will assume the right to further profit from the work, and the buyer will be blacklisted from further commissions.
